Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to join our client’s team full‑time. In this role, you will manage bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and month‑end reporting across several entities within the portfolio. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential for maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and supporting smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain precise and up‑to‑date financial records for multiple entities. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) in QuickBooks Online. Ensure all financial data is properly categorized and monthly closes are completed on time. Collaborate with CRM systems to log and reconcile financial transactions accurately. Conduct job costing and prepare clear, actionable financial reports for leadership. Requirements Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar accounting role. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with CRM systems. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
