Job Description: As an LMS Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing our human resource processes by providing technical support and expertise to our LMS team. Your primary responsibilities will include administering and configuring SuccessFactors modules, ensuring data integrity and quality, generating reports, and collaborating with the LMS team to streamline processes and improve user experience. Key Responsibilities: • Configure and administer SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management. • Provide consultative approach towards LMS Management by offering improvement ideas and suggestions. • Manage and maintain data entry, data management, and data integrity within the SuccessFactors system. • Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to analyze LMS metrics and support decision-making. • Collaborate with LMS team members to optimize processes and improve user experience within the system. • Participate in user training sessions and provide support to end-users as needed. • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or SuccessFactors support for resolution. Qualifications: • Basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, with experience in one or more modules preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with LMS processes and practices is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
