Education Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related scientific fields. Experience 5–10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs in the chemical, automotive, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries. Proven experience with product registrations, SDS creation / review, labeling compliance and regulatory audits. Strong understanding of ANP, ANVISA, MAPA and Inmetro requirements. Languages (mandatory) English: Advanced (daily meetings with global / regional teams). Spanish: Advanced (constant interaction with LATAM teams & authorities). The Regulatory Affairs Specialist is responsible for ensuring the regulatory compliance of all products commercialized by Motul in Brazil and LATAM. This position acts as the local regulatory authority, working independently while coordinating closely with R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Operations and external manufacturing partners. The Specialist will manage all regulatory documentation and product registrations, track regulatory changes, support audits with regulatory evidence, and ensure timely, accurate compliance for new and existing products. This is a strategic role in a highly outsourced environment, requiring strong autonomy, technical rigor, and excellent communication skills in Portuguese, English and Spanish. #J-18808-Ljbffr
