We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative **BIM Technician** to join our team in Belem, Pará. In this role, you will support project teams by developing and managing Building Information Models that help transform concepts into reality. Working closely with senior BIM staff and project managers, you'll play a key role in creating accurate construction drawings and documentation for a variety of exciting projects.
**What You'll Do**
- Assist with **model creation** under direct supervision.
- Interpret markups and integrate them into BIM models.
- Support the production of **construction drawings, schedules, and quantity takeoffs** from BIM models.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
**What We're Looking For**
- General knowledge of **BIM software** such as Revit and AutoCAD (experience preferred).
- Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP design principles.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
