As a fast-growing software company, we're hiring an experienced full stack engineer to build the internal systems, dev tools and automation that keep our team moving forward.

  • Design and implement internal DevOps tools and automation systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Build and maintain configuration management systems across multiple environments to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Create simulation/mock environments for third-party API integrations to test and validate functionality.
  • Develop and optimize Chrome extensions that improve internal workflows and increase productivity.
  • Build internal reporting frameworks for operational and financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Create a layered permissions Admin Panel to reduce support load and improve user experience.
  • Implement best-in-class monitoring, logging, and observability to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Collaborate with developers, product, and ops teams to deliver tools that actually get used and meet business needs.
Requirements ">

We are looking for someone with:

  • ">
  • 7+ years of professional full stack software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development.
  • 2+ years building platform, infrastructure or internal tools with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its associated services.
  • Deep knowledge of TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and SQL to develop robust and scalable applications.
  • Proven experience with GraphQL APIs, REST, and WebHooks to integrate with external services and systems.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment and testing.
  • Experience creating mock/test environments for external APIs to validate functionality and ensure quality.
  • Strong communication skills able to explain complex technical concepts clearly and align with cross-functional teams.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform, Pulumi or similar tools to manage and automate infrastructure provisioning.
  • Containerization and orchestration experience with Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage applications.
  • Background in SaaS, especially cloud-native architecture to understand the nuances of scalable and maintainable systems.
  • Familiarity with observability stacks like Sentry, Datadog, and Prometheus to monitor and troubleshoot systems.
  • Experience integrating with CRMs, especially HubSpot, to leverage customer data and insights.
