The role is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

• Support hiring and talent hunting activities
• Assist with people operations and administrative processes
• Interact with clients as needed to align with business needs
• Contribute to a fast-paced environment with autonomy and responsibility

• Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills
• Nice-to-haves: Experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree
• Soft Skills: Proactivity; problem-solving mindset; clear and effective communication
