We’re constantly innovating to raise the bar of engine and game development.ART**What We Do**Push your artistic talent to the limit on a team of world-class environment, character and concept artists who strive to innovate and inspire.**What You'll Do****In this role, you will**- Produce artwork encompassing all facets of development, including vehicle designs, environments, props, VFX exploration, pitch concepts, and marketing materials based on direction from Art Director, Lead Concept, and input from the game design team- Based on visual direction from the Art Director, collaborate on the visual style and ensure our designs are of Epic quality bar create and iterate unique and stunning designs within a determined production schedule- A versatile artist capable of executing a variety of styles and able to pivot based on the needs of the project- Collaborate with other discipline teams to produce a cohesive game experience**What we're looking for**- An eye for modern automotive aesthetics that speak to our audience of teens and young adults- Ability to work within gameplay design restraints (environment scale, character abilities, prototype function, etc.) and translate those restrictions into visuals that enhance the experience- Experience creating art from mechanical designs to exciting arena sports environments- Experience in 3D software such as Maya, blender, and/or Zbrush- Excellent foundation skills, including composition, design, and color theory, and advanced knowledge of industrial design- Experienced in working with external outsourcing vendors- An excellent understanding of art pipelines- Strong communication skills and understanding of various art disciplinesEPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFEWe pay 100% for benefits for both employees (EEs) and dependents (deps).
