Data Pipeline Specialist The objective of this role is to design, implement, and maintain data pipelines that support business requirements. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs, defining data flows, and ensuring compliance with data governance policies. Key responsibilities include: Designing and implementing data pipelines using various tools and technologies Maintaining and optimizing existing data pipelines for improved performance and scalability Ensuring data quality and integrity by identifying and addressing data inconsistencies Collaborating with data owners and stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements Documenting data pipeline designs and implementation details This role requires strong experience with data management architectures, including AWS environment, as well as solid knowledge in Databricks, Spark, Python, Terraform, SQL, Scala, S3, AWS Glue, AWS Athena, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, Big Data, and Relational Databases. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly creative and collaborative, and have experience working with commercial and open source message queuing technologies.
