You’ll work in a fast growing, dynamic business environment, plenty of opportunities for learning and sharing good practices and experiences.Gato do Mato project is a Deepwater Development in the pre-salt Santos Basin and is a Joint Venture with Shell as the Operator. The Development Concept for Gato do Mato is a Standalone Spread Moored FPSO.As the Gato do Mato Operations Manager, you will work with the Project Team during the design and construction phase to ensure the asset readiness for a safe start-up, ramp-up, and operation to deliver the production promise, being accountable to:**Accountabilities**:- Ensure Asset requirements are optimized and defined to deliver production promise.- Achieve Asset Readiness, operationalizing and assuring Asset Management System readiness and receive the Asset- Together with Project Manager, deliver start-up, ramp-up till steady state.- Maintain Asset license to operate through project to asset transition.- Build Asset culture that delivers successful start-up, ramp-up and business performance.- Set vision and strategies for asset organization readiness, start-up and early operations.- Ensure project development and execution decisions are adequately factored in Asset implications.- Support project Management of Change process, ensuring proper assessment on any change impacting the production promise and/or operational cost.- Provide leadership for integration and collaboration with project organization leading to one team culture.- Designs the operations organization, select, develop and train Shell Operations Organization to enable proper contract/asset management.- Manage the deployment of Operate & Maintain contract to secure safe start-up, ramp-up and FPSO operations.- HSSE readiness of the Asset Owner Organization and its service providers.- Manage Technical and Non-Technical Risks (NTR) through project to asset transition.- Champion GdM’s Greenhouse Gases and Energy Management agenda in support of Net Zero Emissions group aspirations.The Gato do Mato Operations Manager will work closely with the Operational Readiness Lead on:- Alignment of business plan forecasts for OPEX, start- up, ramp up, uptime, and production promise assumptions
