- Identify and develop revenue-generating opportunities through prospecting and relationship building
- Analyze travel trends and competitor rates to adjust sales tactics effectively
- Negotiate group rates and corporate contracts to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess inbound leads and foster partnerships
- 3-5+ years of experience in hotel group sales, corporate accounts, or extended-stay property sales
- Proven ability to build and maintain key client relationships
- Experience in managing multiple hotels or geographic regions with defined sales strategies
- Proficiency in hotel CRM systems for managing sales pipelines
- Strong negotiation skills for group rates and corporate contracts
- Experience working at a tech startup
- Familiarity with leveraging local market connections to drive business opportunities
