Atualmente, atendemos mais de 50 clientes, que vão desde early-stage, empresas seed-invested e startups Series A/B/C/D até grandes multinacionais.Principais responsabilidades Gerenciar de 8 a 12 processos seletivos simultâneos nas áreas de tecnologia, produto e negócios. Grande parte das vagas em nível executivo. Conduzir o recrutamento end-to-end. Alinhamento de perfil diretamente com o cliente final e área de pessoas de nossos clientes. Sourcing ativo (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking) Triagem de currículos e entrevistas técnicas e comportamentais Apresentação de shortlist e negociação de oferta Acompanhamento de onboarding Ser ponto único de contato para stakeholders (tech leads, PMs, diretores e founders), garantindo clareza de expectativasRequisitos Formação:Nos importamos mais com experiência prática do que formação superior. Experiência:Sólida em executive/tech search, conduzindo de 8 a 12 vagas simultâneas de nível sênior e gerencial, com foco na qualidade da entrega e evitando ser “impressora de currículos”. Foco em recrutamento estratégico e com entrega rápida/efetiva.
