The Relationship Manager will be part of our Brazil team. The Brazil team is a cross-functional team with different backgrounds and diverse skills and perspective, handling challenges for our Brazil client portfolio, working closely together with multiple of our on- and offshore jurisdictions worldwide. How we see you: As a Relationship Manager, you will have the opportunity of representing Corpag towards clients and you will play a crucial role within the private and corporate client sector in Brazil. You will be entrusted with maintaining close relationships for the company with existing referral partners (feeders) and clients and ensuring legal good standing for the corporate and private structures of our clients. Your key tasks and responsibilities are: ·       Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, corporate clients, and intermediaries, ensuring trust and long-term engagement. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on existing clients and intermediaries such as lawyers and tax advisors. ·       International Structuring: Manage clients’ international structures (trusts, foundations, companies) tailored to their wealth planning, asset protection, and tax optimization needs, while liaising with legal, tax, and fiduciary professionals internally and externally across jurisdictions to implement and manage these international structures effectively. ·       Regulatory Compliance & KYC: Ensure full compliance with Brazilian and international regulations, including thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. ·       Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation, due diligence, and coordination with internal teams and offshore offices. ·       Portfolio Oversight: Monitor and review client portfolios and structures regularly to ensure they remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with client goals. ·       Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports, meeting notes, and file reviews for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. ·       Internal Collaboration: Work closely with global legal, finance and compliance teams to deliver seamless service and resolve client issues. Continuous training (tax, legal, AML and soft skills) will be part of the job and opportunities are there to develop further, in Brazil or perhaps in one of Corpag's other international offices in due course under our internal Global Mobility Program.
