About The Role Leads and optimizes day-to-day plant operations by maximizing asset utilization, driving operational excellence, and minimizing costs, while ensuring best-in-class quality, safety, and on-time delivery performance. Acts as a strategic leader to enable sustainable growth and long-term operational competitiveness. The Impact You’ll Make Owns overall plant performance, including production output, product quality, safety, cost, and on-time delivery. Leads and oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth execution and operational stability. Develops and executes production plans to maximize efficiency, flexibility, and optimal asset utilization. Drives continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inefficiencies, waste, and operational losses. Increases production capacity and operational flexibility while maintaining current quality and compliance standards. Ensures full compliance with HSE standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Leverages data and performance insights to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Leads cross-functional teams and builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Acts as a key contributor to global operations alignment and operational excellence programs. Delivers against operational, financial, and strategic targets of the plant. The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in production or plant management; experience in another operational discipline or finance is a strong advantage. Proven leadership experience in industrialization, mass manufacturing, and operational excellence environments. Strong expertise in manufacturing operations and plant management, HSE management and compliance, resource planning and optimization, cost optimization and productivity improvement, materials management and supply flow. Demonstrated strengths in problem‑solving, process improvement, and relationship management. Global business experience with strong stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus. What We’ll Give You In Return Salary: Competitive with the market, granted in accordance with local company procedures.
