Purpose As a Personnel Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of travel, visas, and, where applicable, training and medical requirements for personnel across various domains, including Fleet, Project/Commissioning or Installation. You will act as the primary point of contact for all mobilization, demobilization and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination with managers, agencies or suppliers. Responsibilities You coordinate travel, visa and, where applicable, training and medical requirements for personnel, including staff, contractors, subcontractors or vendors. You serve as the central point of contact for all mobilization and demobilization processes, ensuring timely and efficient arrangements. You liaise with relevant managers, such as crewing, commissioning and installation managers, to align personnel logistics with operational needs. You collaborate with external agencies, suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for personnel movements. You maintain accurate records of personnel movements, ensuring all documentation is up‑to‑date and compliant with company policies. You respond promptly to any logistical challenges or issues, providing solutions to minimise disruption to operations. You monitor and report on the effectiveness of logistics processes, suggesting improvements where necessary. You ensure that all personnel are briefed on their travel and mobilisation plans and that they have all necessary documentation and equipment. Education Diploma in Business Administration Experience Experience as a Secretary and/or in a travel organisation or as an Administrative Assistant.
