**SAP S/4Hana Sales & Service (SD)/ MM -Pleno**
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Analyze and optimize business processes within S/4Hana Sales & Service (SD) and S/4 HANA MM-Material req Plng.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Train and mentor junior team members on system functionalities and best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of system capabilities with business objectives.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
- Ensure seamless integration of S/4Hana modules with other enterprise systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in S/4Hana and related domains.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and system functionalities.
**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in S/4Hana Sales & Service (SD) and S/4 HANA MM-Material req Plng.
- Have a solid understanding of Research and Development Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Show proficiency in documenting business requirements and system configurations.
- Display the ability to train and mentor junior team members.
- Maintain a proactive approach to system performance monitoring and optimization.
