Job Summary: The Sapochnick Law Firm is seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Crafting Innovative Solutions - Utilize expertise in immigration processes to develop effective strategies for clients. Effective Communication - Serve as primary point of contact for clients, conducting initial meetings, explaining process requirements, and providing regular updates on the case. Case Assembly - Review and analyze client documents, assemble cases for filing, prepare and organize exhibits. Process Facilitation - Ensure clients understand strategy and steps of the process and lead status updates calls with clients. Issue Identification - Be proactive and raise any issues that might delay the petition, reporting it to attorney and senior legal specialists. Document Verification - Review documentation provided by clients and inform them about missing documents in advance. Collaborative Work - Work closely with senior legal specialists and U.S. attorneys to implement case strategies and ensure timely submissions.
