We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Career Development Financial Markets Specialist. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to learn more about financial markets, develop their skills in business analysis, and gain hands-on experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of transformation projects in wholesale banking, treasury, and capital markets
  • Analyze and improve end-to-end financial processes (Front, Middle, Back Office & Risk)
  • Contribute to requirements analysis, solution testing, and delivery of financial products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address regulatory and operational challenges
  • Take part in innovation, digitization, and automation initiatives in the financial sector
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, consulting, or financial projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics/Statistics, or Information Systems/Computer Science
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical, collaborative, and learning mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Intermediate Spanish
  • Basic understanding of treasury and back-office processes
  • Familiarity with agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
