Responsibilities Develop and present scientific, economic, and value material for external stakeholders (with support from the strategic and HEOR teams). Implement strategies developed by CVTs of each brand to ensure product access by health plans, clinics, and hospitals (public and private). Identify and mitigate access bottlenecks and seek opportunities that positively impact the business. Conduct strategic quantitative and qualitative analyses with available data (PowerBI, Map, MDTR, etc.). Provide feedback to Access Strategy, HEOR, Access Accounts, and Business Units on market trends, competitive actions, and tailored strategic needs for each account. Present individualized solutions based on different client profiles. Participate actively in internal meetings when applicable. Meet KPIs for visits and panel coverage. Critically analyze the visitation panel to maximize business impact. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (health-related preferred). Intermediate English (reading articles). Knowledge/experience/background in Market Access and Health Economics (HEOR). Experience with public and/or private markets (preferably private market). Experience with Oncology and/or Hematology.
