The RoleAs a Palantir Application Engineer on our team, you’ll design, build, and maintain robust applications on the Palantir platform while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. From understanding requirements to deploying and optimizing solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in every stage of the development lifecycle. Core ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to review and analyze requirements for applications built on the Palantir platform. Design, develop, and maintain applications that meet project goals and client needs. Test and optimize applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability. What We RequireExperience: Ability to break down complex challenges and build practical, effective solutions. Solid foundation in machine learning principles, including model evaluation, training, and optimization. Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical team members, and to clearly articulate ideas. Ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal direction. An eagerness to creatively solve technical problems with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages like Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar. Familiarity with tools such as Palantir Foundry, SQL, and data integration techniques (REST APIs, JSON). Experience with advanced analytics tools and data visualization platforms. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field, or similar work experience. Mid-Level Verbal and Written English Skills.
