What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with alliance vendors using PIC and Touchpoint for product configuration and ordering
  • Serve as the primary contact for vendors, leading regular meetings to address technical issues and discuss catalog changes
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new vendors, coordinating with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage and test catalog changes in coordination with vendors and PIC; troubleshoot technical issues as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve vendor onboarding experiences
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in vendor management, product data management, or technology-enabled procurement/supply chain roles
  • Knowledge of the window coverings or home improvement products industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in onboarding and supporting technology integrations with external partners
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, or similar ticketing/project management tools
  • Previous experience with vendor data governance
  • A very strong preference for candidates with experience in window coverings
