- Build and maintain strong relationships with alliance vendors using PIC and Touchpoint for product configuration and ordering
- Serve as the primary contact for vendors, leading regular meetings to address technical issues and discuss catalog changes
- Oversee the onboarding process for new vendors, coordinating with relevant stakeholders
- Manage and test catalog changes in coordination with vendors and PIC; troubleshoot technical issues as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve vendor onboarding experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in vendor management, product data management, or technology-enabled procurement/supply chain roles
- Knowledge of the window coverings or home improvement products industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in onboarding and supporting technology integrations with external partners
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, or similar ticketing/project management tools
- Previous experience with vendor data governance
- A very strong preference for candidates with experience in window coverings
