Description Automated Inventory Management (AIM) team is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to pioneer supply chain projects for LATAM (Brazil and Mexico) based in Brazil. This strategic role will lead the implementation of scalable solutions to enhance LATAM Supply Chain, focusing on optimizing processes and improving outputs for the specific challenges of Retail and Operations in those countries. The role offers the opportunity to shape the future of Amazon supply chain operations through data-driven insights and innovative solutions, working closely with Scientists, Developers, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to build scalable, high-impact products and improve business outcomes. Key Job Responsibilities Work with internal teams to understand pain points and metrics, identify defects, and drive requirements definition for system changes. Own and develop an end-to-end product strategy for supply chain optimization, focusing on customer experience, automation, and LATAM specificities. Build and implement scalable solutions for weekly deep-dive analytics on inventory metrics, including stock availability (SoROOS), inventory management, and local in stock (LIS) at various business levels. Lead product development for new solutions, tracking business and operations inputs, and ensuring optimal results. Partner with cross-functional teams—including operations, category managers, and supply chain teams—to identify pain points and implement scalable solutions. Create and maintain product roadmaps with clear success metrics and deliverables. Basic Qualifications Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition. Experience with end-to-end product delivery. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product. Experience as a product manager or owner. Experience owning technology products. Preferred Qualifications Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
