About the opportunity Location: LATAM / Brazil (PST overlap) Interview Process: 2 rounds Key Responsibilities Maintain and optimise critical internal platforms already developed. Partner with developers and cross‑functional teams to address performance, observability, and workflow needs. Improve platform scalability, reliability, and monitoring capabilities. Lead role: provide technical leadership, set direction, and support engineers within the team. Core Skills Observability: Grafana Infrastructure as Code: Terraform Workflow orchestration: Temporal Programming: Must‑have: Java, Scala / Nice‑to‑have: Golang (at least willingness to learn is a must) Additional Nice‑to‑Haves Kafka ElasticSearch Candidate Profile Strong platform expertise (not application devs). Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to support developers across multiple teams. Good communication skills is crucial.
