**INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY ANALYST - PL**
**Job description**:
- Provide assistance and support to expatriates and impatriates, providing reception, interfacing with the departments, Legal, Logistics, Personnel Administration, Administrative and IT, according to the Company's policies and standards;
- Maintain the update of the spreadsheets related to payments, contracts and other documents inherent to the expatriates and impatriates, in order to support the execution of the work in accordance with the standards of the Company and relevant legislation.
- Interface with the International Mobility team of other regions to collect and provide data and controls related to expatriates and impatriates;
- Follow up all processes carried out through suppliers, and providing information whenever necessary.
- Perform the necessary communications to ensure the beginning and the end of the expatriation and impatriation processes.
**You are meant for this job if**:
- Degree in Business, HR Management, International Relations
- Experience in the area of International Mobility;
- Experience in expatriation processes (IN/OUT);
- Knowledge in immigration;
- Experience in employee support and interface with other regions;
- Knowledge in HR Systems such as Payroll, Data management
- Knowledge in cost control and budgets.
- Fluent English.
- French desirable.
