As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SA) within BCG's TCI practice area, you will work in a growing global team, providing industry expertise and insights for the LatAm market, while collaborating with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory. You will serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues and push the commercial agenda.

• Solve client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches in your area of expertise
• Communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders in a credible and confident way
• Codify knowledge and maintain assets and tools for the TCI sector based on different client contexts
• Collaborate effectively in a global, often virtual, team and work with agile ways of operating
• Demonstrate flexibility and a curious, creative mindset, openness to new ideas, and ability to propose innovative concepts
• Navigate complexity and ambiguity

• Master's degree relevant to sector/topic; 1+ year of relevant work experience in Travel, Cities, or Infrastructure preferred
• Or Bachelor's degree with a strict minimum of 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of industry or research in TCI sectors (Travel, Infrastructure, Cities)
• Candidates with consulting experience preferred; Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; advanced knowledge of Spanish preferred
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders in a global collaborative environment

You will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise to internal and external clients. You will work with our growing knowledge team in Latin America, liaising closely with BCG leadership teams and becoming their thought partner for projects and business development activities.

You will be part of BCG's TCI Practice, focusing on Travel (airlines, car rental, leisure); Infrastructure (roads, rail, ports, social infra; PPPs/concessions); and Cities (water and sanitation; municipal services). You will work with clients in both private and public sectors, helping them navigate a complex business environment.

The Knowledge Team (KT) is a group of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domain knowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients. KT members are affiliated with BCG Practice Areas, deploying leading-edge IP data tools/assets and conducting complex research to deliver insights.
