Fintech é uma tribo multidisciplinar responsável por atender core banking e seus produtos associados como conta digital, crédito e recebimentos focados em clientes B2B do mercado imobiliário. A receita de sucesso do Staff Engineer é conseguir atender os seguintes requisitos. Responsabilidades Ser referência técnica de um domínio, atuando Cross Squads na análise e simplificação de soluções técnicas. Ser responsável por garantir a arquitetura dos serviços garantindo a escalabilidade e estabilidade, questionando o time técnico quanto as limitações e potenciais pitfalls do serviço. Mentorar desenvolvedores de menor senioridade, garantindo a evolução da barra técnica. Codificar boilerplates que permitam acelerar o desenvolvimento dos times. Ter iniciativa e protagonismo nas decisões técnicas. Buscar soluções que simplifiquem o desenvolvimento, procurando tanto simplificações internas (melhoria de código, ou código otimizado), quanto externas (frameworks, 3rd parties, etc). Garantir a qualidade e cobertura de código da plataforma, validando todo o fluxo de desenvolvimento desde a qualidade de código até a automação de testes unitários e de integração. Ser capaz de analisar a arquitetura e garantir quebras de serviços eficazes, evitando situações como monolitos complexos, duplicidade de responsabilidades e/ou microsservice hell. Experiência Necessária Sólida experiência em desenvolvimento de software e engenharia de sistemas de alta performance. Proficiência em linguagens de programação de alto nível (Go, Node, Python). Experiência em desenvolvimento e design de APIs escaláveis. Conhecimento em arquitetura de software e padrões de design. Fundamentos sólidos de sistemas distribuidos. Conhecimento em serviços de cloud provider, em especial AWS e GCP, indo além de escalabilidade horizontal. Ter atuado no desenvolvimento de aplicações assíncronas com uso de filas e tópicos entre serviços. Conhecimento de microsserviços, lambda functions. Profundo conhecimento de observabilidade com experiência no troubleshooting de aplicações distribuídas e uso de métricas como SLA, SLI e SLO. Experiência com Datadog é um Plus. Bom relacionamento de equipe e comunicação clara e objetiva. Disponibilidade Disponibilidade para atuar no modelo 3x2: 3 dias no escritório de Campinas/SP e 2 dias em modelo home office.
