As a Consumer Insights Manager , you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights and ensuring a holistic understanding of our consumers by analyzing and integrating insights across all company departments. This cross-functional approach will be essential to uncovering and addressing the full spectrum of consumer behavior, preferences, and needs, enabling strategic decision-making and driving business growth. You will conduct research (T&A, qualitative, and syndicated tools like Nielsen, IRI, and Mintel), collaborate on stakeholder reports, act as a liaison with business partners, and represent the "voice of the consumer." Additionally, you will lead and develop pricing strategies to optimize the product portfolio and meet business goals. Responsibilities include: Consumer Insights & Research: Serve as the central hub for consumer understanding, integrating insights from all departments. Transform data into actionable insights to drive strategic plans. Conduct annual research and Trial & Awareness (T&A) studies. Utilize and analyze tools such as Nielsen, IRI, and Mintel for insights. Align insights with Business Intelligence departments to create a unified agenda. Portfolio & Pricing: Strategically manage the product portfolio, identifying opportunities for innovation, optimization, and brand positioning aligned with business goals and consumer needs. Define strategies tailored to specific sales channels and regions to ensure the portfolio meets localized needs. Develop and implement pricing strategies through market analysis, price elasticity studies, and profitability assessments. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between Consumer Insights and key business partners, unifying data points across departments. Anticipate research needs and represent the "voice of the consumer" company-wide. Marketing Management: Support the National Brand Marketing Director with the annual business plan. Manage and maintain the allocated marketing budget. Qualifications and expertise: Advanced or fluent in written and spoken English Strong experience in brand management, including the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies In-depth knowledge of brand positioning, brand equity development, and consumer marketing Extensive experience in portfolio management with a strong understanding of sales channels and regional dynamics to drive business performance Experience in pricing strategy development and portfolio management to optimize business performance Solid understanding of competitor activity and consumer behavior in a brand and FMCG context Strong analytical skills and experience with performance measurement tools Problem-solving expertise with a solid grasp of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Commercial acumen and analytical ability to understand trade dynamics and market trends An entrepreneurial "can-do" attitude, supported by continuous learning and application of best practices We believe in the potential of all people to give wings to ideas, regardless of gender expression, race, religion, sexual orientation, origin, age, or disability.
