Responsibilities
  • Support on the local communication projects.
  • Support ideas to dissipate the local projects to the other entities.
  • Document the events happening on the MSC.
  • Join meetings with business performance team to communicate and support their needs.
  • Work on the design concepts for local communications
  • Be able eventually to question and identify opportunities throughout their internship projects and build new ideas.
  • Undertake any other reasonable task as assigned.

  • Communication Skills - To provide a clear and effective support to all internal customers, to read and interpret a variety of instructions, to speak professionally on the phone and in person, to write professional documents involving all types of correspondence (i.e., emails, customers tickets, knowledge articles)
  • Reasoning Ability - To be patient, assertive, diplomatic, with effective inter-personal skill. To have the ability to determine when each activity is required, prioritizing the tasks, projects, job duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. To be able to work effectively under pressure, setting and reaching personal deadlines, utilizing time management skills
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills - To have excellent questioning skills, as well as the ability to identify, isolate, and communicate problems from and to all levels of the customer base and staff. To provide problem-solving solutions over the phone, through email, and in person. To have willingness to share skills with team mates
  • Learning Skills - To maintain an enthusiastic approach towards learning new systems and software packages, master basic knowledge and skills to perform job duties. To learn all new and upcoming networking features and software packages, to implement and enforce change
  • Professional Skills - To prioritize tasks given, a set of deadlines and deliverables. To work as a member of support staff team, to deliver requests from various sources, especially with regards to management. To view the level one support professional as an extension of the support environment and partner with them to provide a consistent level of service to customers
Qualifications, Education and Certifications
  • Enrolled in College (at least 2 years to complete) - preferably studying Communication, Marketing or related areas
  • Portfolio of work is required
  • Intermediary English (written and spoken) is mandatory
