Leads materials management and production planning, covering inventory control, and intercompany purchasing. Ensures efficient supply to production lines in alignment with cost, quality, and performance targets. Responsible for the planners and buyers, from junior to senior levels.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Strong team leadership;
  • Cost optimization of the materials;

  • Logistics oversight.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Proven experience in Materials Management (minimum 5 years);
  • ERP system proficiency (preferably Oracle);
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business, or APICS CPIM certification;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Power BI skills (may considered a plus);
  • Intermediate / advanced Spanish language (may considered a plus);
  • Experience in final control industrial processes (will be considered a plus).
