We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails + React) to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. You’ll work with product owners, designers, QA, and developers to build impact-driven solutions, participating in all stages of product development from concept to release and iteration. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you’ll run experiments, use metrics to guide decisions, and help evolve our applications and internal tools to improve experiences for customers and teammates.

What you will do
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL
  • Lead the product development process in collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics, and other stakeholders
  • Build polished, high-touch user interfaces
  • Design and implement scalable solutions
  • Enhance 3D modeling integrations, data processing pipelines, and interactive property models
  • Improve existing code through refactoring and optimization
  • Collaborate with engineers to architect reliable systems
  • Ensure high-quality code delivery through unit and end-to-end testing
  • Continuously improve development processes and system performance
  • Make a measurable impact on user experience for construction and skilled trades customers
  • The project duration is 6 months
MUST HAVES
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in backend technologies like Ruby on Rails and frontend frameworks such as React
  • Experience with building RESTful architectures and/or GraphQL APIs, designing efficient, scalable, and secure interfaces for both internal and external use
  • Proficiency in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS or Google Cloud) and experience with building scalable applications that support complex workflows
  • Working hours: Most of the team works Pacific Time. Ideally, some overlap between 8 AM – 4 PM PT, but not strictly required
  • Upper-Intermediate English level

  • Experience with Java, C# development
  • Product growth and lifecycle management: building and growing products from launch through maturity
  • Technical leadership experience: guiding features from concept to delivery with alignment to goals
  • Team leadership experience guiding engineers to deliver innovative solutions
  • Engineering-driven mindset and ownership of outcomes
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics, and Legal
  • Ownership mentality: taking full responsibility for features from design to deployment and ongoing production quality
