Job Summary We're seeking a high-level Meta Ads Specialist to lead the advertising strategy for a new global e‑commerce venture focused on D2C home decor for European football fans. You will design and execute Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns using AI‑enhanced targeting, optimized for conversion across highly passionate, remote fanbases. This is a hands‑on role. You will operate initially as a contributor reporting to the head of the 2‑person area while laying the groundwork to grow and lead a team in the near future. Strong management skills are a must, even if the current team is a team of one. Responsibilities Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns focused on ROAS. Use Meta's AI tools to hyper‑target niche audiences. Run simulations to test reach and ad performance across multiple regions. Provide reports, insights, and ad spend guidance to strategic leadership. Collaborate with content and product teams to align on ad creatives and assets. Qualifications and Job Requirements 5+ years of Meta Ads experience. Deep understanding of Meta's evolving AI‑based targeting tools. Experience in e‑commerce and/or D2C campaigns. Self‑starter capable of building, executing, and optimizing solo. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Bonus: Experience targeting audiences in Europe, LATAM, and Asia.
