Key job responsibilities An RME (Reliability, Maintenance, Engineering) Supervisor at Amazon oversees the maintenance and engineering operations across multiple delivery stations within a geographic region. This leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies that keep delivery station equipment, including conveyor systems, sortation machinery, and facility infrastructure, operating at peak performance. The RME Supervisor leads a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, coordinates with operations teams to minimize disruptions, and manages maintenance budgets across multiple sites. They drive continuous improvement initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and implement best practices to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime. As delivery stations are crucial for meeting Amazon's rapid delivery promises, the RME Supervisor's role is essential in maintaining high standards of operational excellence, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting the company's ongoing expansion of its delivery capabilities. Gestão de indicadores da operação Investigação de causa raiz e definição de plano de ação Experiência em ambientes dinâmicos e de alto nível de entregas Experiência em MS Office, com nível avançado em Excel (vlookup, fórmulas avançadas, tabelas dinâmicas). Inglês básico. Excelente habilidade de comunicação com diferentes publicos.
