Corporate Trainer

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Trainer specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Data Science to join our Learning and Development team. The ideal candidate will design and deliver high-impact training programs to enhance our students skills and knowledge in cutting-edge technologies. This role requires expertise in AI-ML and Data Science, along with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and webinars for the students.
• Curriculum Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with industry standards.
• Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics. Adjust content and delivery methods as needed.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in AI, ML, and Data Science to ensure training content is current and relevant.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to students seeking to advance their skills or pursue projects related to AI-ML and Data Science.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes. Prepare reports for management on training effectiveness and employee development.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Certified Data Scientist) are a plus.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of AI-ML algorithms, data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R). Familiarity with tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based data services is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners. Experience in delivering training in a corporate setting is preferred.
