Cloud Engineering Specialist This is a senior position for a skilled cloud engineer with experience across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, and Python development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with AVID Media Asset Management (MAM) systems and the ability to support modern CI/CD deployment practices. The role involves cloud-based workflow modernization, application migration, automation scripting, and integration across cloud environments. Design, implement, and support solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python. Lead or support workflow migration initiatives from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures. Work with AVID MAM systems for media workflow integration, configuration, and automation support. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployment and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient and scalable solutions. Troubleshoot cloud-based applications and infrastructure issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience with AWS services, cloud deployment models, and cross-cloud integration. Proficiency in Python for automation and data processing. Proven experience in workflow migration (media workflows preferred). Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools. AVID MAM experience is mandatory. Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and document cloud workflows. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.
