What You’ll Do

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Tech Manager Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll contribute to designing, building, and maintaining innovative software solutions. You will work across various functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-focused solutions.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with teams to design and develop features for global products that meet business and user needs.
• Driving improvements in architecture, code quality, and overall development practices.
• Actively engaging in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Conducting design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Partnering with colleagues to build and maintain tools for test development, automation, and release process improvements.
• Advocating for user experience when collaborating with product, design, and technical teams.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Debugging, testing, and optimizing code to enhance performance and maintainability.
• Developing and maintaining scalable, data-driven applications with a focus on quality and reliability.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in software development, including server-side and backend development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C#, or similar.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database optimization (e.g., SQL Server, T-SQL).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, XUnit) and automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency in source control systems such as Git/GitHub.
• Passionate about software development and continuously improving processes.
