Estamos em busca de um Network Support Engineer experiente para integrar nosso time de Infraestrutura de TI. O(a) profissional será responsável por atuar no suporte de 2º nível, garantindo a estabilidade, segurança e alta disponibilidade dos sistemas de rede, além de realizar análises e troubleshooting avançados. Será peça-chave na triagem de incidentes e no direcionamento assertivo para o 3º nível quando necessário. Responsabilidades Atuar no suporte de 2º nível para incidentes de rede, incluindo LAN, WAN, firewall, proxy e troubleshooting de TCP / IP; Analisar e solucionar problemas envolvendo WAN, LAN, Firewalls, VPNs, proxies em nuvem e redes sem fio; Monitorar e realizar análises proativas da rede, identificando possíveis falhas e implementando ações preventivas; Participar de projetos e iniciativas de rede, oferecendo expertise técnica e suporte; Escalar incidentes não resolvidos para equipes especializadas, coordenando esforços para resolução; Documentar soluções e alimentar a base de conhecimento interna; Colaborar com times internos (infraestrutura, segurança, aplicações) para garantir resolução rápida e eficaz; Contribuir em análises de causa raiz e revisões pós-incidente; Apoiar processos de gestão de mudanças, garantindo conformidade com padrões operacionais; Requisitos Graduação em Ciência da Computação, TI ou áreas correlatas (ou experiência equivalente); Experiência comprovada como Network Engineer ou função similar; Domínio de fundamentos de redes, protocolos, roteamento, switching e segurança; Vivência com ferramentas de monitoramento e diagnóstico de redes; Certificações como CCNA, CCNP ou equivalentes são altamente desejáveis; Habilidade de comunicação para traduzir conceitos técnicos a públicos não técnicos; Diferenciais Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e colaborativa; Flexibilidade para atuar fora do horário comercial, quando necessário; Atenção aos detalhes e forte organização; Detalhes da Vaga Local de trabalho : São Paulo, SP Regime de contratação de tipo : Efetivo – CLT Jornada : Período Integral Nível hierárquico : Operacional #J-18808-Ljbffr
