Who will you be working with?
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform various administrative tasks and support our Latam President.
The Executive Assistant's responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Understand the company policy, have a clear business vision, predict the impact of decisions on the company's direction, and anticipate problems and consequences to support the Latam CEO and Board.
What do we want to know about you?
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role for upper management
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Discretion and confidentiality
What will your typical day look like?
- Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently.
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
- Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
- Strategically plan and coordinate tasks to ensure the fulfillment of senior executives' priorities, the attainment of organizational goals, and the adherence to best practices
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, customers, and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Take notes during meetings
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
