Job Description Take ownership of the end-to-end talent recruitment process that involves requirements understanding, talent pool defining, sourcing, screening, and selection of medium-high complexity profiles; Determine salary proposal recommendations including offering and negotiation. Create, build, and maintain robust networks of potential passive talent candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles. Alignment with hiring managers in order to understand business needs and expectations, run update sessions, and support the decision-making process. Maintain and build close partnerships with business stakeholders and leaders to build and support talent acquisition plans; understand deeply why we are hiring, who we are hiring for, and how we are going to hire and provide expertise and assistance to stakeholders for recruitment-related issues. Help to conceptualize, drive, and evaluate talent recruitment-related initiatives that will contribute to the long-term growth of the team, including candidate engagement/CRM, ongoing process design, and standards optimization to deliver the best results. Analysis of results achieved by Shopee in efforts related to recruiting strategy consulting profiles, and identification of improvement opportunities. Requirements Availability to work in São Paulo/SP (hybrid work); University degree; Advanced English - we are part of a truly global team; Relevant recruitment experience - end-to-end process; Ability to be independent, creative and accountable; Strong attention to detail with capability to multi-task and prioritize; Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness; Team player.
