Quality Assurance Leadership Opportunity

This role involves leading the development and implementation of a robust Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with national and international regulatory standards. A senior quality professional with a strong background in quality assurance and leadership experience is required to drive continuous improvement and maintain a high level of compliance culture within the team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and international standards. They will be responsible for overseeing quality systems, audits, risk management, complaints, CAPAs, and supplier qualification to ensure adherence to applicable quality and regulatory standards.

Additionally, they will support audits and inspections by collaborating with regulatory agencies and external partners to drive process validation, system qualifications, and change control management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in quality assurance within regulated industries.
  • Leadership experience managing large teams.
  • Solid knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and international standards.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
