Responsabilidades:
- Sugerir e implementar otimizações no site para melhorar a conversão (CRO), testando constantemente e garantindo relevância estatística;
- Compreender as etapas do funil de vendas e propor planos de ação para aumento de eficiência;
- Apoiar nas definições das métricas utilizadas para mensurar e nortear as estratégias da área de Growth;
- Planejar e implementar tagueamento de dados on-site;
- Analisar os resultados das estratégias de Growth tanto no âmbito de Performance como de Branding e trazer insights;
- Acompanhar os resultados: analisar os KPIs de performance (CPL, CAC ROI, ROAS), sugerir otimizações em campanhas de mídia paga e CRM.
Skills
• Profissionais com formação superior completa ou experiência comprovada na área de digital;
• Experiência em sistemas de ERPs / CRMs
• Conhecimentos de SQL, trabalhando com consultas e bases de dados de grande escala
• Conhecimentos sólidos em Excel e Power BI
• Experiência comprovada com criação, validação e implementação de otimizações on-site;
• Bons conhecimentos de Analytics nos âmbitos de web analytics para desenhar novas análises e trazer novos insights;
• Conhecimento estratégico e tático sobre canais digitais de forma geral (Paid Search, SEO, Display, Web Analytics, CRM, Referral);
• Experiência com ferramentas de Web Behaviour e/ou Testes A/B (HotJar, Google Analytics, Google Optimize);
Diferenciais
• Certificação em Google Ads;
• Conhecimento de métricas digitais e ferramentas de CRM, como Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
• Cursos e aplicação de Excel Intermediário-Avançado;
• Conhecimento em linguagens de programação web (HTML, CSS, JS);
• Conhecimento em SQL.
