As a Tech Lead, you’ll be a trusted advisor and own the entire technical lifecycle for assigned projects. You’ll apply your broad range of specialized skills to tackle complex challenges, requiring innovative solutions and a deep understanding of technical concepts. You’ll independently plan and execute project development, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts within the team. Responsibilities Provide technical direction and leadership for the team, making key decisions regarding architecture, frameworks, and tools. Offer mentorship and support to other engineers through regular one‑on‑one meetings. Proactively elevate issues to the Engineering Manager and HR Director as needed. Promote a healthy, safe, and collaborative work environment. Collaborate closely with engineers on a daily basis, contributing hands‑on coding and implementation. Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, pair programming, and adherence to best practices. Work with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications. Troubleshoot complex technical issues throughout development and deployment. Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with product vision and broader business goals. Lead the technical team in architecting, designing, and delivering high‑quality, scalable software solutions. Champion industry best practices and ensure consistent coding standards. Identify and implement innovative solutions to meet complex functionalities and system requirements. Break down complex challenges into clear, actionable tasks and prioritize them effectively. Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor team members to support technical growth. Foster collaboration and conflict resolution, proactively addressing technical bottlenecks. Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to improve processes. Maintain strong verbal and written communication skills, explaining technical concepts to stakeholders. Maintain a professional audio / video setup suitable for remote collaboration and client interactions. Document technical specifications and maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation. Qualifications 6+ years of software development experience, including 1‑2 years in a technical lead or equivalent role. Proven experience leading technical projects from inception to completion. Mastery of relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Strong experience with Contentful, Webflow, WordPress, ReactJS, JavaScript, AWS, PostgreSQL, Nuxt.js. In‑depth understanding of system architecture and design patterns. Expertise in agile development methodologies and project management tools. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong leadership, mentorship, and task delegation skills. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends. Experience driving process improvement and change within a team or organization.
