Business Analyst Role Key Responsibilities: The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in transforming stakeholder visions into functional features, documenting requirements, and collaborating closely with development teams to bring solutions to life. On a typical day, you will engage in the following activities: Assess business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds that enhance operational efficiency. Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. Document detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories) that accurately reflect stakeholder needs. Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Support QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Present live product demonstrations and prepare release notes for end users, showcasing the value proposition of your work. Assist with sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives to drive forward-thinking strategies. Contribute to change management through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement, promoting a smooth transition to new systems. Requirements and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles, ideally within CRM platforms. A strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications. Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methods, including writing user stories and partnering with Scrum teams. Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders. Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales strongly preferred) and exposure to cloud-based solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
