Senior Regional People & Culture Leadership (Essential)• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR / People & Culture at senior level• Proven experience leading people strategy inlarge, complex, geographically dispersed organizations• Demonstrated ability to support and influence Country Directors and senior leadership teams• Experience working withinglobal or international organizations(NGO experience strongly preferred)B. Strategic Thinking & Change Leadership (Non-Negotiable)• Strongstrategic mindset, able to translate global strategy into regional and country-level priorities• Proven experience leadingorganizational change, culture transformation, and leadership behaviours• Ability to work in ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and lead in fast-paced, multicultural environmentsC. People Analytics, Systems & Data (Critical Capability)• Strongdata literacy: ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate people data to support decision-making• Experience using HR systems, dashboards, and analytics to inform workforce planning and talent decisions• Comfort leveraging digital tools and systems to improve executional excellenceD.
