Future Opening: Inbound Sales Representative

Inbound Sales Representative

FIMAC is seeking an energetic and outgoing call center agent to manage inbound customer acquisition for our brands with the goal of converting leads to sales. This position will deal with customers through multiple channels, including inbound calls, online messaging/chat, texts, and emails.

Sales skills, speaking skills, and writing skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Utilize company equipment to facilitate calls
  • Interact with all customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Follow up with open leads
  • Involve senior management when necessary
  • Follow all prompts and scripts accurately without deviation
Qualifications for Call Center Representative:
  • Call Center experience is a plus
  • Experience with CreditSoft is a major plus
  • Basic understanding of Windows-based systems
  • Strong literary comprehension skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from the call center
  • Ability to stay focused and ignore outside distractions
  • Capability to sit for long periods
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: $41,600 per year
  • Performance incentives: Signing bonus (based on qualifications and performance), daily cash incentives
