We seek an SFDC Senior Developer to join our Vision Digital Experience team in the US, LATAM, and Canada. This critical role ensures a personalized digital experience for professional and consumer products. Responsibilities include: Lead a squad of developers to design and implement software solutions using modern patterns. Guide team members in resolving technical challenges and improving code quality. Maintain high-quality code aligned with industry standards. Drive testing and deployment processes to ensure solution excellence. Mentor team members on technical best practices and improve operational efficiency. Define and communicate a shared technical vision to meet business objectives. Collaborate with Lead Engineers and squads to manage cross-squad dependencies. Mandatory skills include Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Systems Integration, Marketing Cloud, Full Stack, FFLib framework, design patterns, Git/BitBucket, and CI/CD pipelines. Desirable skills: strong problem-solving skills, fluent communication in English, mentoring and coaching teams to improve technical capabilities.
