Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of AI Software Engineer . As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.About the Role: This position involves leveraging deep expertise in NLP and ML to build scalable, production-grade language technology systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production workflows and apply software engineering best practices to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.Key Responsibilities: Architect, build, and maintain scalable ML-based systems focused on language processing, speech recognition, and real-time communication technologies. Train and fine-tune transformer-based models for tasks such as audio transcription, classification, summarization, and conversational AI. Develop and deploy ML-powered microservices and APIs that integrate tightly with the platform's cloud infrastructure. Build and manage robust data pipelines for multilingual speech and text datasets, including cleaning, augmentation, and validation. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. 3 to 5+ years of hands-on software development experience using Python, TypeScript, and C#/.NET. Agile development experience. Solid background in machine learning, with experience in supervised and unsupervised algorithms. Practical experience with transformers, generative models, and LLMs in NLP or audio processing.
