Proxima Research, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (Country Head) to spearhead sales of the Proxima CRM Ecosystem in Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova. This role is designed for a top performer with strong sales skills, who will take full responsibility for the sales strategy, revenue targets, and market growth. The Proxima CRM Ecosystem, a trusted Amazon Partner, offers cross-platform omnichannel CRM functionality with a flexible control system designed to ensure customer success. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Guide new customers through the CRM implementation process, ensuring smooth integration and setup.
  • Provide training sessions to educate clients on CRM features and functionalities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • Regularly assess customer satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Keep customers informed about new updates, features, and industry best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms) and understanding of CRM systems' best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate or advanced level.
