To protect our quality bar, we have a "regression clawback" for code that causes critical bugs. Clear commitment & vesting. We use a 6-month active contribution cliff with a minimum monthly point threshold to ensure we're a great fit. After the cliff, your grant vests over a 3-year period. Quarterly tranches. We calculate and update your accrued share from the dedicated pool each quarter; any unallocated equity rolls forward to the next.
