This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled Creative Production Lead to join our team. We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for visual design and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of what drives success in local service businesses, as well as the skills and expertise to create compelling visual experiences that capture their target audience's attention. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing a team of designers, reviewing work daily to ensure it meets our high standards, coaching your team to improve their skills, and executing projects with speed and accuracy when needed. Requirements 5+ years of experience in visual design with a portfolio that demonstrates genuine taste and a strong understanding of what converts vs. what just exists. 2+ years of experience leading or managing a design team, with a proven ability to hold people to high standards, give constructive feedback, and develop talent. Hands-on execution skills: the ability to create and refine logos, fix layouts, and improve visual hierarchy yourself.
