Descrição Liderar estrategicamente e operacionalmente a unidade produtiva, alinhando com os objetivos globais da contratante; Apoiar o CEO e diretores na definição e execução da estratégia da planta; Formar e conduzir uma equipe de liderança multifuncional, incentivando responsabilidade e melhoria contínua; Representar a contratante com ética perante autoridades, associações, acionistas e mídia; Estabelecer metas operacionais e acompanhar KPIs para garantir performance e lucratividade; Assegurar conformidade com normas ambientais, de saúde, segurança e qualidade (ISO 9001, 14001, IATF 16949); Gerenciar a conversão eficiente de matérias-primas em produtos acabados com foco em just-in-time; Implementar práticas de manufatura enxuta para aumentar eficiência e reduzir desperdícios; Garantir controle financeiro rigoroso, com foco em orçamento e metas corporativas; Avaliar e executar investimentos em tecnologia, equipamentos e infraestrutura; Fomentar cultura organizacional forte com foco em desenvolvimento e sucessão de talentos; Atuar como elo principal entre a planta e a liderança corporativa, reportando riscos e resultados; Coordenar todas as áreas da operação para garantir entregas com qualidade e pontualidade; Promover integração entre vendas, produção, qualidade, logística, RH, finanças e engenharia; Manter foco na inovação contínua para reforçar a competitividade e sustentabilidade da planta. Perfil desejável Estamos em busca de um perfil dinâmico, hand on, influente e negociador que consiga conduzir uma operação através de um bom relacionamento interpessoal e agilidade para tomada de decisão.É de extrema importância apresentar: Sólido histórico profissional de crescimento na Indústria Automotiva; Experiência estruturada como responsável operacional estratégico (nº1) de unidade fabril; Habilidades gerenciais e de solução de problemas comprovadas em Autopeças; Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia; Inglês avançado/fluente para conversação.
