Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Architect Consultant to design and implement call-flow architectures, integrate with Salesforce and Genesys products, and drive data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy cloud-based call-flow architectures
  • Develop data actions and scripts to enhance business processes
  • Integrate Genesys products with Salesforce to optimize customer experiences
  • Analyze data using CCPulse/Pulse, ICON, Infomart, and CXInsights
  • Troubleshoot issues in Genesys infrastructure to ensure seamless operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Expertise in SIP protocols, Genesys framework, and architecture
  • Experience with reporting components like CCPulse/Pulse, ICON, Infomart, and CXInsights
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Genesys infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Genesys products including design, script, data actions, and data tables
